Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
What payment methods do you accept?
All deposits must be made by credit or debit card. Final payment (due 10 days prior to the event date) can be made by ACH (preferred), credit card, debit card, or by check. We do accept checks so long as they are mailed and cleared 10 days prior to the event date. We do not accept cash payments.
How long does set-up take and is set-up time included in booking time?
It takes roughly an hour to set-up and the set-up time is not included in the booked play time. If you book for 6 hours, you will have a full 6 hours to play.
Is heating or cooling provided?
Yes, we are happy to be able to provide a heating and cooling unit for an additional fee. In addition, all necessary accessories such as extension cords and generator for the unit will be provided.
How is the simulator powered?
Included in the base cost is a direct plug-in to a standard 120 volt outlet, the power source must be within 100 feet of the set-up area. If you do not have the power requirements, we do offer a generator rental as well (included with AC/heat rental).
Where can the simulator be placed and what is the size?
The simulator can be placed on grass, asphalt, or pavement as long as it is relatively flat. We will bring our high quality artificial turf grass to place the unit on. The unit is large and stands at about 17.5 feet wide and 23 feet long with a height of 15 feet. We highly recommend placing the unit in partial or full shade, however, we do include a white wrapping around the exterior unit to help assist with cooling.
Do you offer extended rentals?
At this time, we are happy to offer extended rentals. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens in inclement weather?
Our mobile simulator is designed to operate in the rain and keep our players and equipment dry. If your preference is to reschedule we will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event of forecasted thunderstorms, snow, winds approaching or exceeding 20mph, Golf Masters LLC reserves the right to cancel the event for the safety of our customers and our crew. We will assist you with rescheduling or issuing a full refund in this event.
What about safety?
We take safety seriously, we have safety markers for appropriate distancing and we will discuss safety measures after each set-up. In addition, only one person will be allowed in the swing area on the simulator at a time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your reservation for the day. The deposit is $200 and is due at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable for cancellations within 10 days of the event or in the case of inclement weather.
What is the cost to rent the simulator unit?
We offer quotes by request which will include the cost to rent the unit and any additional costs such as sales tax, mileage outside of service area, etc. Our quote will provide the full breakdown for transparency.
